What do you guys think of my story, so far?

The ominous building loomed over him as he stepped out of his car, his important objects in hand. He stared the school up and down, as if it was a duel. He walked up the front steps and pushed the immensely large door inward. He stared in awe, as the inner corridors were more beautiful than the outside of the school perceived them to be. He clutched his side bag tightly next to him as he walked through the great commons area. He heaved a small sigh of exasperation as he trudged to the office. He snatched his schedule, book list, and dorm key from the office secretary. Without a word, he walked out the door and down the hall. 24….25….26….27…. Ah, here it is. 28.

He removed his key from its safe haven in his pocket, and slammed it into the lock. He turned it and gently nudged the door open at the same time. He walked in and set his things on the bed. He set his laptop up on the desk and set his guitar up in the corner. He then pulled his camera out and cleaned it, figuring he had an hour or so before he had to get to class. He then unpacked all his clothing, and went for a walk around the school to find out where everything was. He didn’t want to be late for class, so he made sure he just checked out a small part of the school for right now. He let out another sigh and headed for his French class.

“Let’s get this show on the road. I can’t believe I’ve made it to this school.”

He moseyed along to his French class. He noticed that it was right down the hall from his dorm room, so he was pretty glad about that. He clenched his side bag tightly as he walked through the door and looked at all the students buzzing with noise and laughter. He quietly sat down in a chair and immediately realized that there was a large group of kids staring at him, and then they suddenly began to laugh and whisper to each other. The young man sighed and put his head down on the desk. He looked over at the posters of France and of the French cuisine and language. He looked up at the front desk as the large bulge behind the desk began to call role.

“Rayne Ri… Riyuki? Did I pronounce it right?” was all the teacher could say.

Rayne quickly shot his hand up and nodded. “Yes, that’s how you pronounce my last name.” He sank in his desk as he watched the darting eyes. He didn’t know what to do anymore. He closed his eyes and let his shinning black hair cover them. He pushed his glasses on to cover his eyes. He grabbed his bag and opened it, pulling out a sketchbook and a set of art pencils. He began to draw the large fat man that called himself Mr. Barker. He chuckled as he turned the teacher into a fat pile of random assorted French foods. He shook his head and continued to draw the evil beast.

Sorry about not updating, guys.

I've been kinda busy. Um... Sunday I went to the park with Kaylah, Kaci, and Megan. Lo and Ley never managed to find us... It really wasn't cool. Oh well.... The three of us had fun... We went down to the river and waded in the freezing cold water. Then Kaci and I talked about "stuff"...

Yesterday I went to Lo's band concert. It was really good. Even though they played 6 different "Phantom of the Opera" songs.. instead of the one Phantom of the Opera. It was good... Kaylah showed up.. So it was cool. I got her in trouble though... Sorry.... v.v... Then she had to leave. After that... Lo and Ley left and Audrey and I talked about personal things. Well... My dad took Audrey home and then we got home, and within like 5 minutes of me being home, Lo called.

-Sighs- Lo... I dunno what to say. Why care about someone that's kinda horrible to you? You know? He's treated you like crap, and it isn't fair. However, I'm not gonna pin it all on him, because you have to understand. He wasn't happy, Lo. Yes.. I know that you're miserable now.. but I mean.. You can't just sit around and wait.. You have to live life to the fullest. I'm always here for you to talk though.... So... Yeahhh.....

Well... Last night was awesome... Not a whole lot to say. I had like 10 sodas. Between the 8 guys we drank like 40 sodas. It was crazy.. It was fun though.. We played Halo like there's no tomorrow. lol. We watched "What Lies Beneath" and I almost fell asleep. It was the gayest movie ever... God... Anyways.. I took a walk with Lo again today... It made her feel better... I'm offf
